ElderPath AI is an AI-powered platform that helps families find suitable senior care facilities, including assisted living, memory care, independent living, and related services. Our services include a free care needs assessment, a facility directory, educational resources, and personalized matching recommendations. Certain premium features require a paid subscription.

User Accounts

To access certain features of the Site, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe any information you provided is inaccurate or if you violate these Terms.

Subscriptions and Payments

ElderPath AI offers paid subscription plans (Day Pass, Weekly, Monthly) that provide access to premium features such as unlimited facility saves and comparison tools. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscription prices are listed on our Pricing page and are subject to change with notice. Subscriptions are one-time purchases for their stated duration and do not auto-renew. All sales are final — refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or any systems connected to it
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or collect data from the Site without our prior written consent

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ElderPath AI and its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or reliance on any information provided through it. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
